British Queen Awards SQR and Bookworm Relief Efforts
Britain’s Queen Elizabeth has honoured Sichuan Quake Relief and The Bookworm team for their work in the relief efforts following the May 12 earthquake. The relief efforts were cited last week in the Queen’s annual New Year Honour’s List. Alexandra Pearson, founder of The Bookworm, will go to London to accept the award on behalf of the team early this year.
