The Library Project
The Library Project donates books and libraries to under-financed schools and orphanages in the developing world. SQR has worked with the Library Project to furnish several schools with small libraries. Many places within three hours of Chengdu that have requested a library have benefitted. However, there are other towns and villages outside that three-hour range still need a library. The issue for these schools is getting the libraries transported to them. For around 800 RMB for transport, SQR can work with the Library Project to install a small library in some of these schools.
